Not Vaquero but Blackhawk
My best friend has the very LIMITED Blackhawk 5 1/2" Stianless Steel Bisley.
He says that he just loves the thing. He has several double-action handguns and does not like the way my Blackhawk Liberty Model rolls up into the hand under hard recoil, using heavy loads of course.
He says that the Bisley grip works much better for him. I think I will except his thoughts as being right for him. He, He, He.
I perfer the regular grip frame on my Blackhawk. I've added thicker Ivory Micarta Grips that are wider than factory and fitted them with the factory frame to fit my hand. I've got big hands and the wider grips work for me.
I've fired his Bisley grip Blackhawk and its ok.
