The system will be hard pressed to find a neutral jury, it will be like OJ. The Denver DA comes out and announces trimuph, with no comments what so ever. I find the press conference was a farce.
The media are some mega-speculating-self absorbed dorks. When the DA "announced" the arrest, and "By Colorado law" she could say little more, every reproter wrote or said anything they could get their grimmy little paws on. With the bastardization of the US Constitution, they cant be stopped.
Even here in Germany I am catching various contradicting stories, no doubt any potential jury has already been influenced.
Yes the nut bar confessed, but did he actually do it? We may never know, but at least he will go behind bars either way.
And just a note, we all make fun of lawyers. But I really think reporters are slime. They do not report news any more, they are just glory seekers. Bill O'Riley and others like him seem to spend more time writing pointless books, making tons of money. How can he (and the others) truly investigate stories for so called honest journalism, when they are buisy making extra bucks?
