Well two people shootin the same bird was my pet peeve when I was guiding. The reason that it happens so much is because we(all of us) have a tendency to look at the closest biggest bird. It is a fixation. I , as a guide, had to check the bunch to make certain they were all mostly in range before I called the shot..so I wasn't always looking at the closest bird. But you could be assured the hunters were lookin at him. I did have quite a few hunters that were used to seeing them though. The best I ever had (four guys) shot 11 birds with 11 shots...in the span of no more than 6 seconds or so. 11 birds in 11 birds down just like that.

The only way to keep those birds out of the guys lawn is to have someone chase them out. They know where the living is good ya know!
