I shoot the .280 myself so I know about ammo problems. I usually can find everything I want at Cabela's or Midwayusa. Just add the "com" and they both have web site's with fast shipping. Cabela's has a number of locations, Midway is located in MO. I've used many brands and bullets and my gun likes several of them. I used Federal Vital Shok Premium loaded with Nosler 160 grain Accubonds in Africa this past July and had impressive results on everything from Warthog up to Kudu. Also, Federal has introduced other .280 choices so you should be able to get all you need from the above sources. If you have any problems just email me and I'll send you some other sites.
