Does it necessarily have to be new?
Cabela's and MidwayUSA are the first two places I'd check for "new" barrels after seeing what was available on eBay.
I've seen barrels sold on eBay many times, but that's usually a 'waiting game' and times getting close to most main-hunting seasons.
