Are you familiar with Ken Water's "Pet Loads" column
He used to write for "Handloader" magazine?
Waters wrote a pretty good article about the 1-in-9 twist .22-250.
The easiest thing to do might be to find someone who has a copy of "Pet Loads." Put out by Wolf Publishing, its a collection of Water's monthly writings.
