That's a good bull Nulle! If no damage to the Elk was evident, I surely wouldn't eat the meat unless it were tested. It could have been sick. Here in TN a road kill can belong to the finder or person who's vehicle collided with it. You must call the G&F within 48 hours to report it. There are some restrictions but basically it's yours to keep. Don't think it would apply to our Elk as they are within our restoration program and are not currently listed as game. Won't be long though. Then the real lottery begins
