Got my barrel today from SSK. Looks great and shot 5 rounds at 35 yards--on paper and close to a Bullseye. Not too happy with the Mueller scope I got for it--3x9x40. Seems to be a bit soft but after I recover from the shock of custom barrel with tsob mt. & rings I'll look for better glass.
Expect to shoot long and heavy bullets at a few hill country deer and hogs this year.
