If you're going to use ther 22-250 for game, I'd go with the the TSX.
Those Barnes bullets get terminal performance like bullets that are 10 grains heaver without compromising accuracy.
I shot a 130 grainer the full length of a big northern whitetail buck from the mild mannered 7/08. Oh, and did I mention 19 one-shot kills with Barnes in a row on deer using 5 chamberings ranging from 25/06 through 280? A stayed-in-his-tracks mulie at 265 yards with a 130 Barnes X. Or that a buddy of mine shot through both shoulders of a bull elk at 285 yards using a 150 gr X bullet out of a 7 SAUM?
Some one shot kills are a fluke, a perfect hit in just the right spot.... But that many clean kills can't be flukes.
