O.k. update on this. I talked to my Dad this weekend and asked him what he wanted for Christmas. I mentioned his standard wool socks and his reply was "I have lots of wool socks." Guess I've filled that need for a while.
So, being the good daughter that I am, I then asked what he did want for Christmas. His answer? "Surprise me."
So, I'm now officially desperate for ideas. While I like the idea of buying him a hunting trip, that runs into some serious money, plus he is picky about his trips. I'd rather buy him a neat gadget or something. He also likes books about the outdoors and hunting.
I'm hoping someone has a good recommendation for me.
