This sounds like something that would be really fun to do.
My question is this: Do I need a really expensive GPS unit? I'm thinking this is something I would really like to do, but I don't want to spend a lot of money on a GPS until I know for sure.
Also, what's a good GPS unit. I've seen the name Garmin a lot in reply to this question, even earlier on this thread in fact. Are they the best manufacturer?
I'm getting excited. I'm thinking this could be really fun.
