The real killer is the time. I have mere days to decipher from an option of about 15 private companys that offer plans to government civilians and the like. And I have only went through two, but still don't know what I read.
All I see is Blah blah blah, $200 not including BIG BLAH followed by (blah not inlcuded in technical-blah) so I guess I'll just go blah-myself, and hope I don't BIG-BLAH my self when the time comes
