			My daughter and I just started selling on E-bay although I've bought quite a few things over the years.  We were having pretty good luck until I got an E-mail over the weekend from a buyer that says he didn't receive an item.  We had been shipping everything priority mail with a tracking number so I didn't think it would be a big deal.   I tracked it last night and it doesn't show any such number existing.  I am waiting for the post office to open and call and find out what the problem is.  I am sending the buyer another item this morning because I'm sure of what he's telling me, especially since I tracked it and it doesn't show up for me.  This problem isn't E-bays fault though.  I had bought a call from a gentleman one time that never showed up and he sent me another one.  I have always paid more for the tracking number after the call deal, but now I'm not sure that is money well spent.  A friend of mines father works for the postal service and he says to insure it for $50.  It's cheaper and you get a tracking number.
