Wilderness & Non-residents
1st, Congrats on the tag!
FYI, All non-residents MUST have a licenced or G&F approved resident approved guide employed by a licenced outfitter while they are hunting in wilderness. This G&F rule has been upheld by WY's supreme Court as legal.
Guides must be working directly for a WY licenced outfitter, they cannot freelance.
If you employ an unlicensed outfitter or guide you are subject to arrest and liable for stiff fines when (not if) convicted.
Now that being said, Where do ya want ta hunt?
My recommendation is ta stay the he!! away from the areas with good populations of wolves, they're eatin all the elk anyway!
