Unreal. First of all in Pa when you buy a handgun you must go with the backround check. If you fail this, you do not get your sale done so where do they figure there is not handgun purchase regulations? I like also how those involved backed out of the bill later on. I suspect it was due to a negative response and fear for their political career???? Why wouldn't they find the 'straw' purchasers during their regular firearm/crime investigation? So the lack of someone doing their job just requires more stupid laws. All they have to do is enforce the ones they have and get rid of most of them. Maybe the fact there are too many now is the reason nothing gets done in the first place. geezzzz Welcome to the United States of Mexico.....don't laugh....
