How about the old-fashioned 30-06?
Or a 300SAUM?
Ask Boyd Heaton about the 300RUM he used to shoot. With a muzzle brake (and hearing protection) it doesn't kick as much.
Heck, you could even do it with a 308Win. You would save on powder and your shoulder.
