If Hillary gets in to the White House it will all be changes if she can. A little no name group in Oklahoma when I was there, mainly campus kids at OU, were discussing the Second Amendment, it was going like this:
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
They were saying the 'milita' portion was out dated. And they were considering lobbying a change of the Second Amendment. But what gets me is they suck the rest of the constitution dry when they defend weirdo religions, and freedom of their speech, especally when they dog gun owners.
And groups like these kids, only back the parts that suit them, and that sounds like what Hillary is hinting at..................hope not, but look for more bans like Bill's assult ban
