Bandera Beef

Another way to do Brisket or London Broil or just plain thick Round Steak.........recipe passed on years ago to a green kid.... by A. L. Murphy....1962....to
give proper credit!

take 1-2lbs beef
slice about1/4 in thick
Braze in skillet with garlic and fine chopped onions
1/2 cup Worcestershire-----I use Angostura....gives a little bite
put on toast in plate...or biscuits, if you are a real dutch oven freak...
make a gravy out of drippings...pour over toast n beef

potato sides

Enjoy!
To me, It's not hard to make in camp or in the kitchen.......
different and delicious!
