I have one i got it frome the wife with the blk powder barrel and a 12 gauge.
It shoots well i have not shot it much out side of sighting it in i youse the blk powder one to hunt with.
HR is good to have you checked them ?
I would save my money and buy a yoused savage at a show I dont know about were you are but it is gun show seasen here.
