It does not really fit. As a civilian if you have a 221 why a 5.7x28mm. The Germans have gone around the 5.7 with the 4.6x30mm so it might just go into the memory, I remember that round, department.
Our top Spl ops folks are using the .177cal 4.6x30mm MP7A1. I understand it has no recoil, is accurate and is extreamly lethal in house to house or room to room encounters. The MP7 replaced the 9mm MP5.
