I already have visions of OD Green acrylic paint for that funky grey synthetic stock, maybe even a real good 'ol BDU pattern.
I am fantasizing on finding a Mauser action tommorow at the show in OKC, but we will see. Gotta get my lazy butt out of bed first, and the Savage seems a good way to just get it done, and finally get a decent deer rifle.
