When this round first appeared it was a devastating round and did pierce armor. Remember all the hoopla la that came out of Neu Yawk Cesspool?
There is one small problem, the bullet that was used in the original round was never and would not be released to the public, it was for the Military and Police use only.
So as some of you have observed you now have a P/A cartridge that is underpowered for most purposes and does nothing that a lot of other rounds can't do.
I agree with Rocky, XOXO, bye bye. The 30 carbine case necked to 17, 19 or 20 is a better round. Minimal powder charges and able to reach/kill to 275yds.
Remember also it was to be utilized in a machine pistol.
