Been talking about just this kind of stuff for years. It was garbage then and it's garbage now. The attitude of leo's in general has diminished to such a point that their usefullness can really come into question.
Would have liked to have seen that old timer come out with a 97 pump and explain to that azzhat just whose property he was on. Worthless scum.
