I think the FIRST thing you need to go buy is a current reloading manual listing .41 Magnum loads. There are loads therein for Unique and your cast bullets.
The Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook says on page 274 the Unique charges for the 215 grain cast bullet are: 7.8 grains for 979 fps and the MAXIMUM is 10.4 grains of Unique for 1214 fps. The overall length is listed as 1.575".
