I didn't see it so I don't know what really happened. It should be OK if it was infact that small of an ammount.
Can you shop-vac it off the top with a small hose?
Should you shake it up to dispurse that small amount evenly in the rest of the powder?
I find that gunpowder makes an excellent fertalizer. My trees don't care what brand or unknown mixture. LOL
