You should be safe useing the powder as 4064 is alot faster than 4350. If you load at the 4064 loading and get a big dose of 4350 in the case it would be lower presure and slower than the 4064. If you had dropped 4064 into 4350 and loaded it to the 4350 level then you could have went over presure and it could have gotten dangerious.
Just for an example, you can load 67.9 gr`s. of 4064 into a 300 H&H with a 110 gr. bullet, and can load 78.1 gr. into that same load with 4350. You may lose alittle accuracy, but it shouldn`t be dangerious.
