One thing would make it better....a pond.
I've often thought about bringing the subject up with my neighbors....figured if we could dam up the small feeder creek behind the hill we could flood anywhere from 40 to 200 acres depending on where we do the deed.
Put some fish in it and I'd be hard pressed to wanna leave.
