First welcome aboard. I totally agree with what Adam said. I pessonally have several rifle chambered in rounds that I think are better for moose. BUT, if all I had was a .270 I would hunt moose with that. You would make Jack O`Connor if he were still alive. He said that was enough gun for any thing in North America. Is there anyone else around here old enough to rember Jack?
