Of course we had to wait till we were 70 to do it. When I heard we could buy them I looke dinto it as as we were only a year or two away from 70, we just waited and got them for nothing. I couldn't see $400 for the two of us for only two years when the wait would cost us nothing other than $45 each for two years. We'll be using them to apply for our deer tags this year.
