It is a very pleasant surprise. Very sharp and clear, it has a Bushnell style focus adjustment. My eyes can't look through the Leupold like they did before (middle age stinks). The adjustments are very precise.
But with reticule selections, I would not use it in the Bundes Republik. They do have illuminated reticules, but I am not a fan of them. If the #1 post can't do it at night, I don't like it
But when I win the Powerball, I will get the Zeiss 3-12x 56AO......but for now the Vortex will due quite nicely.
