On the map for the area look where it actually says Christian Valley
There is a road that cuts to the east and crosses the river ( Cant remember the name but I think it starts with an " M " )
This road is past State Creek road on the left and after the provincial forest service site on the right by the same name.
The elk have a tendency to hang out on both sides of the river on the private land that borders it.
The guy that owns the land is a bit of a dick and doesn't let hunters on there unless you give him some major coin.
However, if you hunt the hills above the private land to the rightof the road as you cross the river you might be able to intercept them before they come down to his land.
