Some problems to check, OAL, proper crimp, fouled chamber, bullet material on case mouth. Do use the barrel's chamber as a gauge, out of the gun.
If you are using a taper crimp or profile crimp, the seater should be a seperate die, otherwise you will cut bullet material as the bullet seats and the case mouth is squeezed down. If cast bullets are used, it is imparitive that the seater be seperate or you could get lead / lube buildup in the chamber severe enough to cause a round to fire out of battery.
