Well to be honest I think pointing a handgun at a person in most states would get you a real hard look even if it was necessary in your opinion.. Have a witness..A good one. The world is a very unfair place..criminals..aren't... and we the ones who try to do things right are prosecuted for petty stuff. Or for protecting ourselves
