Starline brass is good quality stuff. They seem to specialize in handgun brass, although they make some rifle brass, too.
Everyone has an opinion about who makes the best brass, and no 2 opinions match, of course.
My opinion is that Starline brass is a cut above Remington or Federal, and similar to Winchester.
