This sounds like the early 1990s "anonymous tip" that the gummint was going to demand BIODEGRADEBLE PRIMERS with a shelf-life of a year or less to prevent hoarding. According to that tip, only the police and military would have GOOD Primers with years of shelf life. The result: A BIG run on primers and gun stores ran out, or LIMITED sales to ONE 100-primer tray per gun store visit. It was BS!
This government KNOWS the benefit of CONTROL over OWNERSHIP! There is no need to buy up all .223 ammo if the gummint says it is contraband BY EXECUTIVE ORDER! This gummint buy up of ALL .223 ammo is horse pucky!
