Baked Custard
Eggs, 3-beaten Sugar. 1/2 cup milk, 3 cups vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground, 1/2 teaspoon Pe-Heat oven 300 F Mix all above except, nutmeg fill (6) 3" Ramekin dishes or custard cup then dust with nutmeg place into 8x11 glass baking dish, then fill 1/2 full of water Bake 1 hr. 15 min., untill knife comes out clean, when inserted.
