Question Cap & ball cartridges

Anyone ever play with making cartridges for there cap and ball revolvers? I saw an article in the Nov/Dec issue of "The Backwoodsman" magazine for making foil cartridges, and I've seen posting on Youtube for making paper cartridges......the paper looks easier, and I'm thinking of going that route (as project/experiment).
Anyone else ever try it?

I have not.
I do know that paper cartridges were made with nitrated paper, so the paper would burn more easily. Cigarette rolling papers are nitrated, so, you might want to use those.
