Replacement for Mdl 94 sights wanted.

I have a model 94 30/30 with the buckhorn rear sight. I can't stand the danged thing. I have a lot of trouble aiming consistently with that type of sight.
My '92 44-40 has a standard type of rear sight which also flips up. I can shoot that thing fast and accurate out to 200 yards.

Question is: can I get an alternate sight for the '94 that is CAS legal? I would like either standard iron sights, an adjustable peep or tang sight or a flip up like the '92.

Thanks,

I would expect that either a tang or vernier (spelling?) sight would be CAS legal, since both existed in that timeframe, and were widley used on the buffalo guns.

whether it would be CAS legal or not you'd probably have to check for sure with the officials in the league you fire with.
