Unhappy Grizzly Man

Wasn't gonna spend any money to see the movie, but they had it on the Discovery Channel and I found myself watching it. After sorting through the amazement at someone ignorant enough to believe he was safe from attacks when he was within several yards of some of the largest carnivores on the planet, I am sure of one thing: he had completely lost his respect and fear of these animals. The only big surprise here is that it took over a decade for one of these wild animals to react poorly to close human contact.

One more thing: it is clear that he was disassociated with humanity, and probably chose to do this rather than face his problems. That he didn't fully grasp the precarious balance of his existance was painfully evident.
