.22 barrell liner ?

...have a spare Romanian bolt .22. Would like to have the barrell religned with a liner having a faster rate of twist (1 in 9 or 1 in 10) to shoot Aguilla's 60gr .22 rimfire. I think this would be a hoot on squirrels. I have several .22's but none are accurate with this round. I have managed to hit a couple of squirrels with it and the results were very good.

Any one know of a manufacturer making .22 liners in a faster rate of twist? Installation cost ? Am I nutz, or what?
