Question... actually two questions...

FIRST ...In your opinion, what company, as we speak, offers the best "out of box accuracy" in a sporting model bolt action rifle?


SECOND ...Also in your opinion, what is this accuracy a function of, i.e. barrel, action, trigger ect...
