Had lunch with Ms. America

I was at Corvettes at Carlisle over the weekend. Since I am President of the York County Corvette Club I get invited to the celebrity luncheon on Saturday. We're sitting their talking to a couple other Presidents of clubs and guess who sits down at our table? Ms. America Deidra Downs. Got her autograph and had a picture taken with her. Very nice lady. I was more impressed than the wife was.

If I knew how to post a pic I would. Only bad thing is, she's a good 6" taller than me. Got to meet some other mostly Corvette related celebrities like Dave McClellan, corvette cheif engineer from 75-92, Wil Cooksley, plant manager for the corvette, Dave Hill, current corvette chief engineer and so on. Pretty neat for a simple guy like me.

You wonder why the Mrs. wasn't impressed with Ms. Downs.

here at HC it's easy. just post and hit browse. then go to where ever the pic's are . my pictures or my documents or where ever they are in your pc
