Big Nebraska Whitetail

This is a picture of my uncle holding the rack from a whitetail our friend shot this year. I believe it was a 6x7. You just can't tell because of picture quality. The rack was huge. My uncle is a pretty good size guy and that rack was wider than he was. My uncle shot a 5x6 mulie that went 28 inches wide. I will post pics on the mulis forumwhen I get them from him.

Very nice muley. What county was it shot in?
I hunt in area 21 in Nebraska and was able to shoot my second whitetail buck ever. It was a 5x4, but originally had ten points. This buck must have been a "scrapper" because a second point had been slightly chipped as well. I got him with my 30.06 using a 165 hornady btsp at 50 yards or slightly less. I found him piled up within 30 yards of shooting him. Tell your friend congrats. Esox357

My uncle and I both hunt the Frenchman section. That's where we got our deer. The whitetail in the picture was shot in the sw part of republican. We are both from beaver city, that is near the border of frenchman and republican.
