Good for him. Being an EMT is a tough job, but a good EMT can make all the difference in a crisis situation.

Hey Dan,
That is great. No higher calling than to devote your life to saving others. My son came to me about ten years back and said that he had decided what he wanted to do with his life. He had spent years kicking around from job to job. Said he wanted to devote his life to saving others. As an "old man" he enlisted in the USAF's pararescue program, the pipeline. Today he is a Combat Recovery Officer (Black Crow) in the USAF. He causes his old dad to get gray hair but I am very proud for him. Tell your son I said hey and my hat is off and waving to another person who gives all to his fellow man. Ed
