Carbelite any good?

I want a stock for my Savage before I go back to Germany. My considerations are either a Bell & Carlson or a Boyds JRS.

I like the JRS, but just do not want to mess with the glass bedding any more, but a B&C is expensive.

SO, are the Carbelites any good?
