Mauser Model 1896 Broomhandle 9mm

Looking for a gunsmith that has experience with "Broonhandle" Mauser 1896. I have one for repair that wo't drop the hammer by pulling on the trigger. (It isn't on safe). Need the name of someone that knows what makes them "tick". HELP! HELP!
