I had the same problem. You have to open each picture then go to image size and reduce it to about 50% (depending on whar your camera settings were) and save it as a new picture - then it should be able to be uploaded.

See Almost Anything Goes under resize photo or Lilreds pictures and you can find places free to resize photos for posting. I use http://tinypic.com/ to resize mine but some turn out small enough to post but still a little larger than I like. I would like to see your photos.
