Do any of you fellow hunters/shooters use Bianchi products? My main topic is handgun holsters (per the forum topic), but I have had two bad experiences with Bianchi.

	1) I bought a Bianchi hunting pack a few years back and it has been a good one. It was via mail order and contained a coupon for a pack accessory. However, the coupon was expired by several months. I emailed Bianchi to ask if they would still honor the coupon. Never received any reply -- one way or another. 2) I have a Bianchi HuSH shoulder holster that I use for handgun hunting -- again, it has proven to be a pretty good product. Recently, the snap on the retaining strap (the part attached to the holster body) pulled loose. Close examination showed that it was secured by a thin plastic patch sewed onto the holster. The design/construction seemed quite cheap to me, especially when compared with the other parts of the holster. Even if Bianchi would not make repairs under warranty, I would be happy to pay a reasonable fee. I sent Bianchi a letter this time and asked about getting repairs done. Same result as last time -- MY LETTER HAS BEEN IGNORED. Questions: Does Bianchi care anything about customer service? Have any of you experienced similar or different results? I will probably not purchase any Bianchi product in the future. 270man -- a disgruntled customer |
