Mauser parts gun...
I always wanted a sporting rifle in 8mm mauser, but i would never make one out of a unaltered rifle or one that could be returned to military.I built this rifle out of parts i have gathered up over the years and i think it looks pretty good for costing about 20 bucks.
 I think the parts are from about 6 different rifles...just needs a scope and i'm good to go.Scotty,

I would drill and tap that baby, do some polishing, perhaps blue the receiver and it should make a fine hunting rifle.
Who made the receiver, I can't make out the stamp? Have you installed an after market trigger or tuned the original?
