hunted near huron

i was lucky enough to get invited along on a hunt on some private ground near huron sd. 14 of us limited in 4 hours (42 birds). had a great time. birds, birds, birds, as far as the eye could see. walking cornfields with sloughs in the middle.

There is always plenty of birds in that area of the state .

Our group of old timers also did well near Huron; actually closer to the small village of Hitchcock. 71 birds in three days.

South Dakota pheasant huting was great this year....again.
